A couple of Sunday’s ago I participated, along with four friends, in a ridiculously fun scavenger hunt in Minneapolis. It was put on by Challenge Nation, and is self-described as:
“…part 5K race, part scavenger hunt, and part urban exploration–which all adds up to 100% fun as you compete against other Challengers to quickly solve the clues and beat them to the finish line!”
And so you found us five sweaty girls in blue tanks (sadly we were not creative with costumes) dashing around the city desperately trying to solve 12 carefully crafted clues unique to Minneapolis.
While I seriously doubted whether we would ever find all 12 clues and make it back before the 3 hour mark…I had tons of fun every second of the hunt. It was a great way to spend a sunny, summer afternoon…exploring untapped parts of my beloved city with friends!
